A man has been arrested in India after he set up a warehouse of human skulls in his family home.
The skulls were found on the farm of a man named Balaram from Jogara Doddi village, Karnataka state. Police officers decided to check on the Indian man after he was caught worshipping skeletonized remains at night in a graveyard.
Law enforcers found 25 skulls and hundreds of other bones in Balaram’s farmhouse. The bones were used to construct a chair and couch on the man’s farmhouse where the owner rested. The man had also placed a sign on the border of his land that read, “Kali’s Holy Burial Ground.”
At the moment, police are trying to find out the age of the bones found. Balaram himself stated that the remains found have been on his land “since the time of his ancestors.”
